Ghost Recon

This game blows Delta Force away. I love being able to control the different fireteams and send them to places, and I love being able to take control of them at any moment. The only things I dont like is how well the enemy can blend in, and the fact that you cant jump.

Anyone else played this gem?

well, i have Rainbow6 and Rogue Spear but i just cant get into any other 1st person shooter since i discovered Counter-Strike, everything else is slow and not fun, GR and Soldier of Fortune 2 arent really worth the time, unless you pour a huge amount in and dont play CS, this weekend i will try out Operation Flashpoint. Jedi Knight 2 though....rulz. :bang:

Fuckers. Ghost Recon has decent AI, and can make it semi-difficult.

But thank you for reminding of what I should download this time. =D I downloaded the demo for Jedi Knight 2 and figured out the cheats to try out all the force powers. =D

Yah, Ghost Recon does have difficult AI, it gets better when you play multiplayer but other than that, its okay at best if you like squad based games. Counter-Strike is kinda gay if you get into a server full of n00bs, i entered one and played with the worst players, my record after like 10 minutes was like 45-17 and then i was being accused of cheating and then admin_slapped and then booted out, funny thing is that the server is called like Elite Masta Killas , so...i dunno. Jedi Knight 2 is the bomb, get yer force powers and get the Lightsaber and then go to Town!!!

2 things about your comments BM. Enemies TRY to blend in. As I have never played the game I cannot give any specifics, but that's how it's like in real life. Also, jumping with ~100 pounds of gear is hard as hell, and therefore unrealistic. Operation Flashpoint is a great game because of this. It's so realistic!

Trust me, if you are being shot at, you will find ways to jump. But it is not as effective in avoiding bullets in real life as it is in games, so I guess it was a good idea to leave it out.

Not so much as avoiding rounds. More like getting around easier... It sure would be nice to be able to jump up over something.

GR kicks massive ass, but the pussies piss me off online. The object is to outsmart them...and most players are too easy to outsmart, and call it cheating! That's why I stopped playing Aliens vs. Preditor. I played the Alien so well, that the cheap ass Preditor players bitched all the time that I was using mods. Sorry, guy, the Alien is just the best character to use!
